take a moment to meditate on, feel and embody solidarity, care, love, freedom,
try to do this three times a day, with a minimum of four hours between each moment.
try to face in a direction significant to you while doing this (for m(e), this is the alps, the place of the emme and tagliamento springs).
with/in one moment, try to focus on one value of sclf. think, feel and (re)connect with it as intensely as you can with/in the moment.
remind yourself of past examples, imagine future possibilities, grieve for opportunities and lives lost, celebrate principles embodied and communities nourished and supported, reflect on your contributions, learnings and shortcomings, etc…
